This year we are carrying more Jack's Classic fertilizer products and using it to feed our plants in the greenhouse. Our goal is to sell 80% of our 65 items on hand  

• May is our busiest month. This game keeps the yard clean, safe, and sales-ready without slowing us down.

• A clean yard sells better, works faster, and shows professionalism to every contractor who walks in.

• How it works:

  • Quick daily checks (2–3 minutes per area)

  • Everyone owns the standard

  • Win the month with consistency, not perfection

Let's keep our fleet of machines and trucks looking and running in top condition! Scoring will be done every Friday morning and posted to the GrowZone

This is a team game so nobody is assigned to any particular piece of equipment

This is about working together and building good communication to accomplish our goals

Participants:  All Drivers & Yard team members

Weekly Process

1. Pull and score 20 random tickets per week

2. Average the score 

3. Scores posted every Monday morning 

4. Game ends Sunday May 31st (4 weeks)
